Hello Reader,

Sometimes life just holds its breath for a moment.

For me, it was a quiet farewell – my mother-in-law passed away. I was able to give her one final gift: an urn, created with my hands, my paints, my love.

Her favorite themes – roses, the church, and music – had to be part of it. Crafted with WoodUbend ornaments, hand-painted, and finished with a new transfer technique that I’ll be sharing with you very soon.

Tears and brushstrokes went hand in hand – it was sad, but also deeply comforting.

Now, that little creative spark is back again. That “now more than ever” feeling.
